Grab your API key from Follow Up Boss → Admin → API. Paste it in Mainstreet. That's the whole setup — no OAuth, no sales call, no contract. FUB built the API key path for exactly this kind of tool.
Import past clients only — not active pipeline
You choose which FUB tag or list to import ('Past Clients', 'Closed 2025', etc.). We never touch your active pipeline or unclosed leads — you don't want a lead you're still working getting a review request.

Common questions
What data does Mainstreet pull from FUB?
Only contact info — first name, last name, first email, first phone — from the tag or list you pick. We don't pull deal history, notes, price data, referral source, or transaction details.
Does Mainstreet write anything back to FUB?
No. This is read-only. We import, we send invites, we track responses on our side. Your FUB stays untouched.
Will my past clients get spammed?
Each client receives ONE review invite, ever. If they already left a Google review, we skip them. Every message is single-touch and identifies you as the sender.
What about Zillow / Realtor.com reviews?
Google reviews are what show up when someone searches your name or 'realtor near me'. Zillow reviews show up on Zillow only. Focus on the one that captures buyers who don't already know you exist — that's Google.
How is this different from Kvcore, RealScout, or Ylopo?
Those are lead-gen / CRM platforms. Mainstreet doesn't replace your CRM — it plugs into it and does the one thing agents keep saying they don't have time for: Google reviews + Posts + local rank. If you already have Kvcore, keep it. Add Mainstreet for the Google side.
Can I turn off auto-publish for review replies?
Yes — one toggle in settings. Auto mode publishes positive replies immediately (still in your voice). Manual mode drafts everything and waits for your one-tap approval before publishing. Negative reviews always wait regardless of mode.
