Mainstreet provides done-for-you Google Business Profile management to US-based small businesses. By engaging our services you agree to the terms below.
Service description
We monitor your Google Business Profile and draft AI-assisted responses to customer reviews. Positive responses are published within 24 hours of detection. Negative responses are drafted but require human-in-the-loop approval before publication. We publish weekly localized content updates and provide monthly performance reports.
Billing
Recurring tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. Month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice. One-time tiers (audit, setup) are billed in full at the time of purchase. Annual prepay is offered at a 10–15% discount.
Refunds
All recurring services carry a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. After day 30, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitations of liability
We do not guarantee specific search ranking outcomes. AI-generated content is reviewed for compliance before publication, but we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from third-party algorithm changes, account suspensions by search engines, or rare AI output errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 90 days.
